DAMNNNN I missed the feeling of reading a new chapter soooo much!! Bro this got me feeling much more bad for Lance. His way of "solving his problems" ain't great and I hope he moves away from that mindset. FREE MY BOI. This chapter got me feeling so sad. Like damn, no Axel or even Cyrus in sight 😔. Loved there being more LORE surrounding the Resoom as we learn more what they are doing. Love a sprinkle of potentially meeting Xavier AAAAA!!
Also, I have a feeling of familarlity that Vivian is someone we met a very long time ago, and I might know who that person is :].
I had a feeling that the "Resistance" are going to really have a hard time beating out the "Resoom" group after seeing how the last scene plays out. My guess is probably that Lance gonna follow what the weasel says and end up completing his mission task by the very very very very old man at first glance until plot twist happens.
(Notice: I want to see more romantic scenes 😀. )

Hey! Downloaded the newest update files, but when I try to read from my last saves it keeps taking me to the credits for the last chapter! Can anyone savvy enough help a guy out? TTwTT
I'm pretty sure you have to redownload the latest version to update your game, and it will keep the progress you've made before. The data saves somewhere in your computer separate from the main thing, I believe, so it's fine if the EXE file gets deleted, it will pick it back up when downloading it again.
(I'm not much of an expert with how it works, but I have a bit of experience with downloading VNs to sort of know how the stuff works)
So overall, you update it by redownloading the latest update and everything will be fine unless there are any kind of errors :]!
personally, there's so much content already here, even if updates are sparse i re-read the whole main story for every main story update n it hasn't gotten old yet, side stories have their own conclusions so you don't gotta worry about cliffhangers or anything ofc! also it feels like the last few chapters have covered heavy or sad content and then always made sure to end it in an uplifting way so i don't think you'd have to worry too much about staying sad by the end of the update!
this is the BEST vn ive played by now. the story is so great, that i feel all the emotions while reading.
i can't say i haven't cried, because i definitely did. specially at the end of interlude 2, jeez.. im sad i still haven't done any art about this vn yet.
And also, all of those waiting months, worth every second, i loved the start of interlude 3. and i hope to keep reading

I'm genuinely curious how the build they released for Patreon is was seemingly fine but the public one had issues. Isn't it the same build or does the public release have more?
it will have more assets. some errors occured while making it real. also Patreon build had only the new interlude. I think it could be about merging both versions into one build also be an issue (with game size and stuff)

I thought when they said Sunday or Monday, I thought they meant last Sunday or Monday since the tweet didn't specify any date and it was a few days before last Sunday or Monday so I assumed it was the Sunday or Monday that was coming up which was a week ago by now.
I don't mind waiting but updates and transparency on the situation is always appreciated especially when a day of release was given. I understand that you guys must be busy but at least just let us know you couldn't make it and I'm sure most of us would understand as life is unpredictable and things happen. But communication doesn't hurt.
But maybe I missed where they updated it somewhere else and if so, I apologize.

A short message, even something like "hey, we hit a delay but we’re still going," makes all the difference. It's not about rushing anyone, it's about connection and trust. Needless to say, that this is a community within a community so connection really matters. And I say this because I do care deeply about this project and the people behind it.

Very much agree with you too. It's good to have something like monthly updates on the progress of game developments. It really helps keeping people hopeful, knowing that a project is at least making an inch of progress instead of being left in silence. I know that they've said they were busy playing Deltarune, but I only know that because of the comments here mentioning the message talking about that is on Twitter - which I don't use anymore because of very certain reasons - and not on here as a post. If you need immediate access to the new chapter, you can use the Chapter Select menu.

Many games/vns do in fact give updates often! And i totally think they should be doing updates on the progress more often not only just ones a month!
